How do I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of the DogPause(tm) dogbowl! If you are not satisfied, for any reason, within 30 days, you may return it for a full refund (you must pay the shipping costs for the return and we do not refund any shipping charges). Just print a copy of your receipt, and ship the receipt and the bowl back to us within 30 days of your date of purchase and we'll send you a full refund for the bowl. We'd value any input you can provide on why you are returning the bowl, and will send you a check for the bowl within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned bowl.

Please ship your product back to us using FedEx, UPS, or delivery confirmation with USPS so that delivery can be tracked.
